Andy I see Sue and I in a picture you posted titled "packed house for release". It brings to mind good memories of my summer in Lubbock. What a nice place to see a gig.
Send me your new CD and let’s see what Texas Red and I can broadcast from KCSS. Good luck in Colorado (I want to go to the Grammys).

We met Andy a few years back. The first few times we had Andy at Jessie Jane's he played outside while we were working inside. It was about the third show that we really got to hear Andy's music. He is a truly talented songwriter , singer and musician. He is not one to hold back when he is versing. His voice demands attention while his songwriting is exciting and new. "I want to write something beautiful, in C Sharp Minor" is cool, but my favorite song of his talks about Lubbock, Texas. "Why don't you kiss me Lubbock, Texas.?" Why must you make a fool of me?"
After much deliberation, we must agree with Andy Eppler wholeheartedly. Born and raised here in Lubbock, we feel quite capable of commenting on the music scene here. "There is not one." And there is no one to blame but the good citizens of Lubbock. Now, after having to close my place, I will have to drive to Austin or Dallas to hear Andy, that is unless Joe Ely is in town. We will miss him dearly and look forward to seeing him again and again. The next time you can make a town that can appreciate a genius when they hear him, give Andy a kiss for Lubbock, Texas and us.

Thank you Andy & We love You!!!

I've heard you play at Suger Browns a few times so i decided to pick up your CD while I was there. I absolutely love it, especially Blazes of Glory. Not only is your voice awesome, but the messages you send through your songs are meaningful and fun at the same time. You're amazing- never stop singing!
