This song comes from my years in High school in my first collaborative effort with a guy named William Sea. We called ourselves "Velvet Syntax" (now the name of my publishing company).
C#m was originally a slow brooding waltz but after Will and I got done with it it turned into what you hear now.
Now it's an old stand by for me.
